Tuition:
Tuition for the 2008-2009 academic year is $39,500 for a
boarding student and $25,000 for a day student. This fee
covers room and board and academic study, plus basic materials
for courses, lab fees, field trips, tickets to approved
cultural events, athletics (including ski pass), and programs
and activities held on campus.
Financial Aid:
Buxton has always been committed to a diverse student population.
Financial aid is granted on demonstrated need to all who
apply.
The financial aid process begins in February with submission
of a completed Parents' Financial Statement to School and
Student Services (SSS) in Princeton, New Jersey. In addition,
parents must submit to the Buxton Business Office a complete
copy of the current year income tax returns (including all
schedules) along with a written request for aid. Together
these documents provide a basis for review by the Buxton
Financial Aid Committee.
Buxton School also works with a variety of financial institutions
to provide flexible choices for funding a student's education.
